Great Game II : For God, glory & gold.

Global power like Britain has an moral obligation to assess, reassess & assert it's order & rules of institutions, which it had put in place over the centuries, at lot of cost to all & everyone.

It is also obliged to counter threats to the existing order, from adversaries with malefic intentions of usurping the benefits of order, while undermining the very institutions they intend to destroy & replace with nothing in return, which current order sustains in spite of all its' shortcomings.

Afghanistan was always an important consideration due to it's strategic location. It was important for all powers, including wannabees like China.

China in 1938 had printed it's intent, which it went on to implement since. Recently during his evidence, Mr Kevin Rudd had strongly recommended for each country to have a strategy, independent of respective govts, to deal with China. Any country may have or may not  have strategy to deal with China, but China, through it's United front works department, has strategy for each country.

No world domination or order is complete without domination of Indian subcontinent. China will not take over Pakistan & Afghanistan in bits & pieces, as it is doing  elsewhere. Rather it will devour them slowly, with constriction of boa.

Pakistan should be made to understand that Chinese influence has made it sick to an an extent, that it may never recover without compromising it's sovereignty. It is in it's best interest to form an economic union of sorts with India to recover, with Britain playing role of facilitator.

Britain too have stakes in this region. When disciples evolve, then it is in best interest for master to be a facilitator/ be revered & wait it out, than to be seen as a competitor to young economies. Indians are like bubble in glass of water. Due to their philosophy & resilience, they have inherent capacity to rise again & again from dust, but they lack intent to dominate others.

Hope that Britain will be able to match up to it's glory.

Create robot with capacity to take independent decisions beyond it's fixed instruction set, like humans.

https://twitter.com/i/status/1050594173525536768 Watching the clip of robot moving around with such dexterity, raised another question. What if, this robot a had the capacity to take decisions like humans. ie how to alter the course, if it encounters an input which is beyond the possibilities fed into it's command structure. I t is possible to design a robot which can 'think' and take decisions out of it's command structure with considerable flexibility, if the situation warrants. Such 'thinking' robots can be of immense use in fields of space exploration, un-manned surveillance at sea etc. It can be achieved within span of about 3 years, and at an expense. For this the basic underlying logic needs to be implemented for testing.

Sustaining British world order : Observations.

Superior race is superior till the time it believes itself to be superior.  Centuries of colonialism has taken its toll on British society. The culture of colonialism required that the rulers alter original priorities on both sides & bring to centre a subculture, which was hitherto subordinate to the two confronting cultures.  Colonization of undivided India by British led to a period of shared history, culture & destiny. It did not end with the exit of British 1947. Today British are ultimately camouflaged victim of colonialism, albeit at an advanced stage of psychosocial decay. Due to growing intellectual sensitivity of rigid British social classes, social indifference & falling quality of life ,   there is even reluctance to criticize the vagaries of alien cultures. In order to tackle the growing friction between co-existing cultures, the administration seems to be dabbling with a dangerous experiment of an open political syst...
